and I’m sick. which is just dandy. but really, i probably should lay low, so it’s okay. later on this week I’m going to Arkansas to a cute little town with my sisters for a mini vacation. hiking, relaxing, and reading will happen. I am excited. I’ve been busy….so there’s an update on my life.

Currently:
Ate some delicious vietnamese and chinese food for christmas eve dinner (tradition!). And then all of my [5 or 7, including sister-in-laws] siblings drank margaritas. I don’t want to drink a whole bunch before I’m 21, but with family it’s fun…especially when everyone else is drinking. So anyway, I had my first margarita tonight and now I’m wrapping presents. I went up to my bedroom where my 13 month old niece was sleeping and accidentally woke her up, so instead of letting her cry, I laid down with her on my chest and just laid there for a half hour and listened to her breath.

This week in music sales: Sufjan’s ‘06 Xmas box sold 1287 bringing the total to 116k. That’s ridiculous. He’s still making money for something released 5 years ago. Good job.

Hahaha I probably should have phrased it better. Or maybe I shouldn’t have phrased it at all. In any case I blame the National’s tour ending as the main cause. Yep.
